You’re Invited: 2021 Fall Member Meeting

Dear Co-op members and shoppers,

You are invited to the Co-op’s annual Fall Member Meeting, Sunday October 17 from 7 to 8 p.m. The meeting will be held by Zoom.
https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89787287399?pwd=c2VwTWNsb2E0Y3RUSXpPNlBlZi9jQT09. To connect by phone, please call 301-715-8592, passcode 170898.

Our meeting agenda:

  • Annual reports from the General Manager, Board President and Treasurer
  • Presentations by candidates for Board positions
  • Members’ forum

Do you have questions or concerns about the Co-op? Want to find out how we are doing? Talk with us about your hopes and dreams? Please join us on October 17!

And in the meantime, it’s not too late to apply to run for a seat on our Board of Representatives.  It’s a great way to represent our community of our members in the general oversight of this very special cooperative business.

Finally, please be sure to join us on Saturday October 16 from noon to 5 p.m. for an outdoor benefit concert for Small Things Matter – featuring Marsha and the Positrons, Flo Anito & Seth Kibel, Groovalicious: 70s Ultimate Dance Party – with food and beverages on sale. Cost of tickets is ‘pay what you can’.  We’ll be rocking the parking lot to support this fabulous group of volunteers that does so much to fight food insecurity in our community!

Hope to see you!

Diane Curran, Board President
