Dear Fellow TPSS Co-op Member-Owners,
As we gather in the spirit of Thanksgiving and gratitude, we find ourselves reflecting on a season marked by both challenges and moments of clarity about what truly sustains us. The recent government shutdown and its lingering effects have weighed heavily on many in our region, and we are deeply appreciative of the strength, compassion, and mutual support that continue to define our Co-op community.
In that spirit, we’re pleased to announce the results of this year’s TPSS Co-op Board elections. We extend our sincere thanks to our six exceptional candidates for a competitive race, and to the 233 members who participated in our democratic process by casting their ballots. This year, our four open seats will be filled by the top four vote-getters.
Looking ahead to 2026 and the substantial work involved in planning a second store, the Board is mindful of the responsibility before us. To support this effort, we have voted to expand the Board to 11 members, as allowed by our bylaws, with the two additional seats designated as one-year terms. The Board has appointed the two remaining candidates to fill these seats for the coming year.
