NDC last evening rescinded its May 15 Notice to the Co-op to cease using the City lot for deliveries and to vacate the lot by May 15. This follows a ruling issued on June 13 by the Circuit Court granting a preliminary injunction that ensured the Co-op’s continued use of the City Parking lot. The Co-op also will continue to make the lot available for the general public. In response to safety concerns alleged recently by NDC, we simply note the Co-op’s 20-year track record of safe use of the City lot.
