Join a committee or bring your concerns to the Board.
Board meetings are generally held the third Sunday of every month at 6pm at the Takoma Park Store. For more information, contact Elizabeth Darby, board (at) tpss (dot) coop. Any other meeting times and locations will be posted here.

Communicate in writing with the Board three different ways:

1. Drop a note in the Board’s mailbox
2. Write concerns in the Board’s Member Comment Log
3. Write the Board at board (at) tpss (dot) coop
   

Communicate with the General Manager or other staff:

• Write the General Manager at gm (at) tpss.coop.
• Write the newsletter editor at editor (at) tpss.coop.
• Fill out a Customer Comment form and put it in the Customer Comment box at the Customer Service Desk. Again, please include your contact information (email address or phone number) for a response, otherwise read the response from the appropriate staff member once it is posted in the Customer Comment Log located at the Customer Service Desk.
